What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts including auto, home, and renters insurance
- Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy updates
- Provide quotes and coverage recommendations
- Respond to client questions and resolve service issues
- Maintain accurate records in Applied EPIC
- Partner with producers and internal teams to support client retention and growth
What They're Looking For:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Hands-on Applied EPIC experience required
- 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience, preferably within an agency
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
