Personal Lines Account Manager (Applied EPIC)

Job description:
- Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients (auto, home, renters, etc.)
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Provide accurate quotes and coverage recommendations
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain and update client data within Applied EPIC
- Collaborate with producers and team members to support business growth
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Hands-on experience with Applied EPIC (required)
- 2+ years in personal lines insurance (agency preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts
