Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location: Swedesboro, NJ. Schedule: Second and Third shift positions available. Salary: Starting at $20.42 per hour, increases with education and experience. Responsibilities Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending the day program. Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving goals for daily living skills such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals. Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings to involve individuals with society. Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program. Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Valid non-provisional driver's license. 18 years of age or older. Ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
