Job Opportunity: Senior Physical Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional care to residents in our senior living facilities. • Evaluate residents' mobility and functional requirements.
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and caregiving staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families about treatment processes and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy results.

• Valid Physical Therapy license.
• Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
