Social Media Content Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the health and wellness industry, is seeking a Social Media Content Specialist to join their team. As a Social Media Content Specialist, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the social media strategy team. The ideal candidate will have creativity, adaptability, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Social Media Content Specialist

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $40/hr - $43/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform social listening across channels to identify relevant trends and opportunities for content to drive engagement and relevancy.

• Generate and present innovative social concepts for static design and lifestyle video content tailored for TikTok and Instagram, aligning with brand strategies.

• Design, produce, edit, and write post copy for all social content, including adaptations for paid media campaigns.

• Serve as on-camera talent when needed, bringing energy and engagement to each piece of content.

• Track content performance metrics and share strategies for continuous optimization to grow engagement, reach, and followers.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in content creation and/or social media management for brands or organizations.

• Strong skills in content creation that reflect brand voice and strategy.

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, CapCut, and social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

• Exceptional understanding of the social media landscape, including trends and formats in short-form content.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
