Program Manager – Murrysville, PA Overview As a Program Manager you will lead end‑to‑end programs across the Integrated Supply Chain and Service Organizations, ensuring that program goals and objectives are achieved while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risks. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate program activities and resources across the program scope to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Build and leverage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and negotiate solutions. Monitor program and project activities, proactively assess risks, and provide escalation reports with corrective actions to the steering team. Integrate project deliverables, outcomes and benefits into the program’s end product, services or results to deliver intended benefits. Drive product and service setup and efficient delivery to customers. Travel up to 10%, possibly international. Qualifications 5+ years of program or project leadership experience. Strong knowledge and application of Project Management methodologies and processes. Proven track record leading large projects, programs or key workstreams. Knowledge of medical device standards and regulations (highly desired). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Program/Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain or an equivalent field. PMP certification is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels. Benefits and Compensation The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $121,000 to $193,000. Actual base pay may vary. In addition to base salary, other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives may be offered.
