Bilingual (Spanish/English) Family Law Paralegal

Escobar Law PLLC is seeking a highly organized, and compassionate Family Law Paralegal to join our Dallas office. This is a full-time, on-site position for a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional who is passionate about helping families navigate challenging legal matters.

What You'll Do

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence

• Manage and maintain organized case files and detailed case notes

• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, and mediations

• Track deadlines and ensure timely filing of court documents

• Schedule appointments, hearings, and client meetings

• Provide exceptional client service while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Family Law experience preferred

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (REQUIRED)

• Strong organizational and case management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
