Technology Sales Consultant

Dynasty Financial Partners is hiring a Technology Sales Consultant to join our Technology Education & Enablement team. This individual will serve as the translator between our technology platform and the advisors who rely on it every day. This person will play a key role on prospect engagements by collaborating with our technology team and prospective advisors to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our products and services can address those challenges. Beyond demos, this individual will lead webinars, host product tours, and keep Network Partners informed on new features and capabilities as our platform evolves.

Responsibilities:

• Lead prospect and network partner demos of Dynasty's technology stack, supporting a growing volume of prospective Network Partner conversations

• Deliver polished, high-energy webinars and presentations that build excitement and momentum among Network Partners for new features and platform capabilities

• Understand clients' business needs and identify opportunities for adoption of new software features or additional training resources

• Organize and host training and implementation calls, webinars, and onsite sessions, both independently and in coordination with vendors

• Create training materials, visualizations, and documentation on software best practices and internal processes

• Coordinate and host strategic calls to discuss technology use cases and share best practices with Network Partners, documenting and executing on takeaways

Requirements

• Experience delivering software demos or client-facing presentations, ideally in Wealth Management Technology or Financial Services, strongly preferred

• Top-tier presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical product knowledge into an engaging, energizing session for advisor audiences

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce), performance reporting systems, or financial planning software is strongly preferred

• 3-5 years' work experience, preferably at a Financial Technology, Wealth Management, or Financial Services firm

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel and SharePoint, along with strong command of presentation and demo tools (e.g. PowerPoint, screen-recording or webinar platforms)

• Experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Sales Enablement professional at a Financial Services or Financial Technology firm is preferred

Successful candidates will:

• Move fluidly between a prospect-facing demo and a Network Partner training session, adjusting tone and depth for the audience in front of them

• Demonstrate excellent time management skills, ability to gauge priority and urgency of demo requests and client requests, and ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks and projects

• Exercise outstanding communication and presentation skills, organization, and attention to detail to effectively collaborate with internal teammates, vendors, and clients

• Be willing and flexible to travel onsite to client offices nationwide for training and implementation support, approximately 40% of the time

• Expand knowledge of tech stack to include the best practices of additional technology platforms and their integrations

• Manage cross-departmental initiatives in a structured way while communicating with and obtaining resources from multiple stakeholders

• Infer action items from client requests and translate complex technical information into digestible instructions

• Think proactively to create value and positive rapport with prospects and clients alike
