Maintenance Tech - Full Time

Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Preferred: HVAC, EPA Certification, Certificate in Refrigeration

Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.

Strong understanding of general maintenance process and methods.

Tools: Working knowledge and ability to operate a variety of equipment, lawn mowers, small hand tools.

Communication- Good written and verbal communication skills

Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

Interpersonal Skills – Ability to work with all levels /staff through the facility in a professional, positive manner.

Clinical Skills

Excellent Communication Skills verbal and written

Team work and Team Player oriented

Decision making skills- ability to deliver quick response with ultimate decision-making skill.

Detail oriented- A single medication/diagnosis mistake can cause severe risk of the life of a patient.

Critical Thinking Skills- Self-sufficient and adaptive to changes and situations.


Computer Skills- Ability to use EMR, Computer programs etc.

Organizational & Time Management skilled
