Associate Director, Field Planning, Oncology Franchise E & V

Associate Director leading field planning and targeting strategies for AbbVie's Oncology franchise. Responsible for sales force sizing, territory alignment, call planning, and analytics to optimize field deployment and support commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead call planning and targeting initiatives aligned with Oncology brand strategy and market dynamics
- Manage sales force sizing, territory alignments, and cycle-based field deployment adjustments
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams to refine account and HCP targeting approaches
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses on market trends and events impacting brands or sales performance
- Supervise one direct report and provide coaching, development, and performance feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
- Prior sales planning experience with field deployment responsibilities
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with pharmaceutical sales data and financial analysis concepts
