Account Representative - Commercial

Job Title Account Representative – Commercial The base salary range for this position is $45,100 to $127,400 USD annually. Responsibilities Identify net new prospects in the assigned commercial territory. Educate prospective customers about the value of Arctic Wolf’s services. Partner with channel partners in the region to drive revenue growth. Demonstrate a consultative sales approach by creating value‑based partnerships. Utilize technical aptitude and an understanding of the IT/Security industry. Multi‑task in a fast‑paced, creative environment. Consistently achieve quota and move the sales process forward. Build rapport with prospective customers, partners, and internal groups. Work collaboratively with team members to share feedback and best practices. Navigate sales cycles that range from days to months. Requirements & Skills 3–6 years of direct or channel sales experience with strong prospecting ability. Experience selling SaaS, security, or services in technology preferred. Experience working in a collaborative team environment. Self‑motivated and driven for outstanding results with a focus on quality and the customer. Commitment to personal work product, sales development, and career growth. Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment. Strong oral, written, and social media communication skills. Excellent creative, multi‑tasking, problem‑solving and organizational skills. Solid technical aptitude and business acumen. Bachelor’s degree.
