Physical Therapist – Glendale, CA | Day Shift

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to join a dedicated rehab team in Glendale, California. This is a rewarding opportunity to make an impact in a supportive clinical setting.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Glendale, CA

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, Day Shift (6–8 hours per day)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: Contract assignment

• Productivity Expectation: 90%

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical impairments

• Create and execute individualized care plans to support patient recovery

• Document progress and adjust treatment as needed

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure holistic patient care

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapy License

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills

• Experience with Rehab Optima is a plus

• Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently and independently
