Mental Health Association in Hudson County is seeking a Crisis Outreach Supervisor for the 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Team. This role leads the field-based two-person MCORT unit under a Program Director and supports crisis response for adults in nonlife-threatening situations 24/7. The position requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field, a professional license (LSW/LAC), and at least two years of post-master’s experience in psychiatric settings.
