Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialist

The Mental Health Association is seeking a Peer Support Specialist for our new 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, operating in Essex County. The MCORT program will respond to adults in nonlife-threatening crises and operate 24/7. Under supervision, you will provide crisis support, engagement, and follow-up services, including transportation when needed, with a focus on de-escalation and community linkage.
