New York State Thruway Authority is seeking a Human Resources Specialist 1 to administer Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment Insurance, Leave Programs, and Life Insurance programs. The role will also cross-train to support health benefits administration, ADA/FMLA, ACA reporting, and other benefits. Strong data management and interdepartmental coordination are essential.
