Director, Finance Capital & Procurement

Summary Director, Finance Capital & Procurement is a highly skilled and strategic leader who will lead and manage the accounting, risks, controls and processes and provide support around the company's spend relating to capital and procurement both direct and indirect. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Fixed Asset and Capital Direct the accounting and management of the company's fixed assets, including asset capitalization, depreciation, and impairment Establish and enforce policies and procedures for theaccuratetracking, recording, and reporting of fixed assets. Provide direction & guidance on large capital projects Support the preparation and development of project master budgetsfor large projects Design and manage financial models to support the management of project spend and project status.Ensuredata integrity of data being used in reports and ad hoc requests Facilitates regular status meeting with essential parties to ensure transparency of project status and expectations Develop and communicatestandardoperatingprocedures to ensure that there is an effective and efficient system of internal controls Monthly,quarterlyand annualreconciliationand reporting Ensure proper Delegation of Spending Authorityadherence prior tocapitalexecution Leads, manages, and supports the production of central reporting, analysis and insight related to our commodity costs. Oversee financial support for material spend across key processes, including forecasting, budgeting, cash management, strategic planning. Partner Procurement category teams in key deliverables for these areas. Drive global standardization and implement best practices globally for Procurement Finance activities, including forecasting, cash management, budgeting, strategic planning and reporting. Drives Productivity Programs for Procurement. Leads initiatives to identify inefficiencies and in current processes and procedures related to Procurement Finance. Oversee and drives projects to implement changes to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, harmonize and standardize process and ways of working for Procurement Finance Recommend process improvement and action plans Investigate opportunities to reduce Company risk and streamline processes Perform ad hoc financial analysis asrequired Perform other duties andparticipatein special projects as assigned Requirements B.S. in Accounting or Finance.CPA and/or MBA a plus 10 + years of relevant general accounting or finance experience 2-3 years fixed asset experience Strong analyticaland problem solving, systems and communications skills Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.Ability to develophigh levelsof credibility and forge solid and positive professional relationships with subordinates, peers, and upper management Proficient in Microsoft products, database software and other applicable accounting and financial software and systems Proficient in ERP fixed asset modules.Implementation a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly Strong Leadership experience (leading leaders) About Us Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place. The salary range for this full-time position is $140,000.00 - $200,000, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
