LPN, Resident Care Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the residential care facility, ensuring high standards of resident care and safety Supervise, train, and support care staff to deliver compassionate and effective services Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures Collaborate with team members, residents, and families to promote a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment Monitor resident well‑being, address concerns promptly, and implement care plans as needed Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, staff schedules, and regulatory requirements Assist in staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing training initiatives Skills and Qualifications A current LPN/Nurse license is required Minimum of one year of supervisory and/or training experience in a community or long-term healthcare setting Previous supervisory experience in geriatric care is highly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing quality care Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations and compliance standards Join our team and contribute to a caring, supportive environment where residents’ well‑being is our top priority.
