C++ Developer – Low Latency Trading Systems

We are currently partnered with a leading digital asset market-making and proprietary trading firm that is looking to hire a C++ Developer to join its core trading technology team.
The firm operates across global cryptocurrency markets, providing liquidity and executing systematic medium-frequency and high-frequency trading strategies. With a strong focus on technology and market structure, the business has built a reputation for developing high-performance trading infrastructure capable of operating at scale in some of the most competitive electronic markets globally. This role offers the opportunity to work directly on latency-critical systems that sit at the heart of the firm's trading operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance trading systems in modern
- C++Improve latency, throughput, and reliability across the firm's trading infrastructure
- Build and enhance exchange connectivity, market data, and order management systems
- Collaborate closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and engineers to support strategy deployment
- Contribute to the architecture and scalability of next-generation trading platforms
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design through production deployment
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20 preferred)
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrent programming
- Experience building performance-critical distributed systems
- Strong debugging, profiling, and optimization skills
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline
