POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER 

SALARY RANGE: $60,000 - $70,000 Based on experience

As a General Manager at Prime Car Wash, you play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the car wash location’s functions and operations. Your primary focus will be on building sales, nurturing customer relationships, efficient operations and ensuring the development of your team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

·         Manage day-to-day operations and equipment functions of the car wash facility. 
·         Recruit, train, and coach new employees for continuous improvement. 
·         Deliver strong hospitality and customer service skills to guests and members. 
·         Demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash, including sales, labor, and detailing. 
·         Oversee the ordering of wash chemicals, supplies and products. 
·         Operate a complex POS system and other wash-related computer programs.

·         Work schedule will predominantly be Tuesday to Saturday 7:00AM – 4:00PM

COMPENSATION,BENEFITS & QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Salary range: $60,000-$70,000 annually based on experience and qualifications 
·         PTO (3 weeks)
·         Unlimited use of the car wash facility for self and immediate family. 
·         3-5 years of proven success in managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced manager position overseeing 20+ employees. 
·         Knowledge of car wash and detailing skills are advantageous but not required.
