Now Hiring: Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to support our skilled nursing facility by ensuring residents receive high-quality nutritional care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents’ nutritional status and develop individualized care plans

• Monitor and evaluate dietary interventions and adjust as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, therapy, and medical staff

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including survey readiness

• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff

• Oversee menu planning to ensure balanced, appealing, and therapeutic diets

• Participate in care plan meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required in TN.

• Current state licensure (if applicable)

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, and regulatory standards

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
