Ready to put your CNC and laser cutting skills to work with a company that values quality and growth? We're hiring a Laser Cutting Operator for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing team.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Load materials and verify specifications
- Adjust machine settings to ensure quality production
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Maintain production and quality records
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous laser cutting or CNC machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Forklift experience is a plus
