La Fdration Luxembourgeoise dAthltisme (FLA) recrute un.e entraneur.e formateur.trice
polyvalent.e temps partiel (20h/semaine) pour encadrer le groupe U18 1re anne au sein de son
Centre de Formation Athltisme (CFA).
???? Localisation : Luxembourg dplacements ponctuels dans les clubs affilis
???? Prise de fonction : partir du 15 septembre 2025
? Temps de travail : 20 heures/semaine (flexible)
Objectif principal du poste
Ce poste sinscrit dans une logique de transition et de construction : il sagit de crer un groupe-
passerelle entre les catgories U16 et U20, afin de :
Accompagner les jeunes dans la dcouverte ou la confirmation de leur(s) discipline(s) de
prdilection
Former les athltes une culture dentranement adapte au haut niveau, sans brler les
tapes
Crer un espace de progression individualis, o chaque athlte est guid dans son
dveloppement technique, physique et mental
Offrir un encadrement formateur, structurant et inspirant pour de jeunes athltes en pleine
construction
Profil recherch
Entraneur.e diplm.e, disposant dune solide culture athltique et dune formation
reconnue (fdrale, universitaire ou quivalent)
Polyvalent.e, capable dinitier et d'encadrer les jeunes dans lensemble des disciplines
(courses, sauts, lancers)
Exprience dans la formation de jeunes athltes en dveloppement (14-19 ans) fortement
souhaite
Pdagogue, bienveillant.e, mais exigeant.e, motiv.e par la transmission et la progression
long terme
Capacit travailler en synergie avec les clubs, les autres entraneurs et le staff fdral
Missions principales
Construire et animer un groupe de formation U18-1, avec une attention particulire la
transition U16 ? U20
Dfinir avec chaque athlte un projet dentranement progressif et personnalis, dans une
optique de dveloppement long terme
Organiser des regroupements dcentraliss (dans les clubs FLA), en lien avec les entraneurs
U16 et U20
Permettre aux U18-1 de participer occasionnellement aux regroupements U18-2/U20 pour
les exposer lintensit du haut niveau
tre acteur.trice du lien entre dtection, formation et performance, en collaboration avec le
staff technique fdral
