100% Outpatient PracticePrimary Care (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine)

Salary Range: $265,000-$340,000+ The posted compensation range reflects the anticipated salary or compensation range for this position, as required by applicable state law. Actual total compensation may be higher and can include additional earnings such as productivity incentives, quality and performance bonuses, hospital/call stipends, extra shift pay, and other compensation components, where applicable. Providers may also be eligible for a CME allowance and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.

SIGN-ON BONUS

Full comprehensive benefits package including pension plans and 401K

PAID VACATION, CME and SICK time including annual CME allowance.

Shareholder track (2 years for 1.0FTE; 4 years for 0.5FTE)

PAID MALPRACTICE

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

Shared call (phone call only) across a large provider pool

4.5-day work week. Average 17-20 patients/dayflexible scheduling availableoption of day virtual care NO NIGHTS and NO WEEKENDS

Board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Board certification required within 2 years of employment.

EPIC EMR utilized system-wide
