The Company is seeking a Managing Director and Head of Global Markets Corporate Banking for Commodities and Diversified Products. This senior leadership role demands a professional with a minimum of 15 years' experience in the corporate banking global markets sector, particularly in trading product structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio that includes commodities, with a focus on the precious and base metals industry, the carbon market, and the oil and gas markets. The role also involves strategic business development, risk management, and the integration of new trading products into the company's risk framework. Applicants must have an MBA or equivalent experience, with a strong background in credit, risk management, and sales. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, the ability to manage a diverse cross-border team, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, adept at data-driven decision-making, and have a strong focus on client-centered approaches. Responsibilities include leading a team, mentoring, and developing talent, as well as collaborating with various business partners to drive growth and execute strategic initiatives.
