Job Title: (RN) Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

AdviniaCare, a premier provider of senior lifestyle and care services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled (RN) Registered Nurse to join our team. As a nurse at AdviniaCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

·         Provide skilled nursing services to residents in our assisted living and skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities

·         Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident

·         Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and services

·         Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous learning and professional growth

·         Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services

Requirements:

·         Current RN licensure in the state of Rhode Island

·         Experience as a Registered Nurse

·         Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

·         Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
