Flooring Manager

Flooring Manager Columbus, OH Integrated Finishes is a one-stop shop for finishing single and multi-family commercial dwellings. We are currently seeking a full-time Flooring Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH. What can we offer you: $50k-$60k + Commission 401(k) PTO Paid Holidays Car and cell phone allowance Gas card Medical Insurance Responsibilities: Manage the Flooring Calendar including subcontractor schedules, work orders, employee schedules, and material delivery Act as a point of contact for customers, employees, subcontractors, and vendors Create work orders, change orders, subcontractor PO’s, and estimates Review Inventory and order flooring materials per company guidelines Generate sales from new construction and replacement work Complete takeoffs for new construction bids and prepare for submission Collect, review, verify completion and quality of work, and edit subcontractor pay for processing Find and maintain qualified subcontractor crews for carpet, sheet vinyl, LVT, hardwood, and ceramic tile Walk jobsite(s) to resolve issues with the Field Team Manage employee training and performance and resolve employee issues Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in flooring or construction Sales experience preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills Self‑motivated with strong initiative and attention to detail Experience with QuickBooks preferred Availability to work one Saturday morning per month and receive emergency calls from 6am-7pm Does this sound like the position for you?
