Structured Finance Associate

A leading Am Law firm is seeking a Structured Finance Associate to join its growing Houston office. About the Role The team advises issuers, sponsors, underwriters and institutional investors on a broad range of sophisticated structured finance and securitization transactions. Responsibilities Asset-backed securities (ABS) offerings across a range of traditional and specialist asset classes Asset-based lending and other secured financing arrangements Single-lender and syndicated credit facilities Structured credit and private credit transactions Legal opinion work supporting securitization structures Structured finance aspects of wider corporate, tax and restructuring matters Associates are given significant responsibility from an early stage, working directly with clients on complex transactions while collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm's tax, real estate, banking and restructuring practices.
