Traveling Construction Laborer

Pay: $25-$30/hr + Overtime

???? Must live in Colorado (within approximately 75 miles of Commerce City)

???? Travel throughout Colorado, surrounding states, and Texas

Looking for hard workers who want steady work, high hours, and the opportunity to learn a specialized trade in commercial foundation and caisson construction.

• Assist with caisson, foundation, and concrete construction projects
• Work with steel, forms, rebar, and concrete crews
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Help maintain safe and productive jobsites
• Travel to projects throughout the region

✅ At least 1 year of experience in:

• Construction labor
• Concrete
• Earthwork
• Demolition
• Landscaping
• Farming/Agriculture
• Other physically demanding outdoor work

✅ Ability to work 50-65 hours per week

✅ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

✅ Clean driving record and reliable transportation

✅ Willing to travel for extended periods when projects require it

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
