Pharma Communications Manager

Driving strategic communications for a growing portfolio of pharma clients, the remote Senior Manager, Pharma Communications will manage operational processes, draft client-facing communications, and oversee project execution to ensure timely and effective delivery of services. Key responsibilities Own the master tracker and governance cadence for advisory services accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget Draft client-ready communications materials, including annual comms plans and executive briefing documents, with a focus on high-quality output Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic direction into actionable briefs, supporting various communication channels Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in healthcare communications, corporate affairs, or pharma advisory services Direct experience drafting strategic communications documents in pharma or regulated industries Senior account leadership experience at a leading healthcare communications agency Working fluency in MLR/PRC review processes and FDA OPDP guidance Experience supporting major life sciences clients across therapeutic areas such as oncology or cardiometabolic health
