The Role
Full-time, permanent Estimating Manager opportunity based on-site in Houston, Texas. Candidates must bring recent direct experience with a medium-to-large commercial general contractor and a record of independently estimating commercial projects valued at $20 million or more.

- Experience independently estimating commercial projects valued at $20 million or more
- Experience with takeoff software, Excel, and BuildingConnected
- Strong subcontractor relationships and mentoring experience

- Available to work on-site in Houston, Texas
- Must be a U.S. citizen or active lawful permanent resident (green card holder); visa sponsorship is not available
