Human Resources Assistant
$22 - $24 per hourFull-time
Ultimate Staffing Services
Responsible for employee support. The HR Specialist ensures confidential handling of employee records and serves as a key point of contact for staff and HR related matters.
- Manage and respond to all employment verification requests
- Coordinate with vendors during the annual Open Enrollment
- Conduct periodic I-9 audits to ensure federal compliance
- Knowledge of employment policies, rules, and regulations
