Beckley Chevrolet is looking for a high-energy, experienced Automotive Sales Manager who knows how to lead a team, work a deal, and drive results.

This is not an entry-level management position. Previous automotive Sales Manager experience is mandatory.

We are looking for a top performer who understands that great results come from great process. You should know how to take control of the floor, coach salespeople in real time, maximize every opportunity, and create a culture where accountability and winning are expected.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience — REQUIRED
• Proven track record of strong sales performance
• High-energy, competitive leadership style
• Strong understanding of the road-to-the-sale and dealership sales process
• Excellent desking, deal-structuring, and closing ability
• Strong trade appraisal and inventory knowledge
• Ability to coach, train, and hold a sales team accountable
• Hands-on management style — willing to get involved early and help move deals forward
• Strong understanding of CRM follow-up, lead management, and BDC coordination
• Ability to monitor KPIs and turn numbers into action
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Strong sense of urgency and a whatever-it-takes attitude

WHAT WE EXPECT

Our Sales Manager needs to be present, engaged, and involved .

We want someone who knows what's happening with every deal on the floor, gets involved before an opportunity is lost, develops salespeople instead of simply managing them, and consistently pushes the department toward higher levels of performance.
