Compensation: Pay Range: $70,000 Per Year
Description: This role involves managing accounts receivable processing and revenue reporting in a dynamic environment. Based in Atlanta, GA, this full-time position requires proficiency in common accounting software and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and apply all incoming cash receipts to customer accounts and invoices accurately.
- Assist with preparing and sending customer invoices for various revenue streams.
- Monitor the AR inbox and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
- Perform initial follow-up on delinquent accounts to support collections efforts.
- Maintain and organize AR documentation, including contracts and invoices.
Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role. Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. Familiarity with basic Accounts Receivable processes. Strong skills in spreadsheet software. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
