Senior Specialist, Business HR- Ops Transformation

AbbVie

Senior Specialist role supporting business operations and HR transformation at a pharmaceutical company. The position partners with leadership to develop HR strategies, deliver programs, and drive organizational effectiveness across business segments.

Responsibilities

Develop HR strategies and solutions as a strategic business partner
Oversee delivery and effectiveness of HR programs and services
Build relationships with HR partners across practice areas and service centers
Manage human and financial resources for project delivery and change implementation
Analyze organizational data and trends to inform HR decisions and business alignment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of project management or business experience
Understanding of functional HR roles and their business impact
Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting the business preferred
Demonstrated organizational development experience preferred
