Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to work safely in a food-grade manufacturing environment. Previous food production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Required PPE must be worn at all times. Hairnets, gloves, hard hats, safety glasses, and ear plugs will be provided by the client during orientation on the first day. Steel-toed shoes are required and will be verified prior to starting work. Must follow all food safety and sanitation requirements, including maintaining clean clothing and shoes. No jewelry, fake eyelashes, or shirts with buttons are permitted in the production area. Pullover t-shirts are preferred. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to hand stack pallets of finished goods throughout the shift. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
