Key Responsibilities Clean and reset guest bedrooms and bathrooms according to established quality and performance standards. Organize and stock cleaning carts and linen closets on assigned floors to ensure efficiency and readiness. Complete all assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Follow all company policies, safety, and security procedures, reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries. Maintain a clean and professional appearance, ensuring uniform and personal hygiene standards are met. Uphold confidentiality of guest information and proprietary hotel operations. Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting. Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow safety protocols. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Other duties as assigned.
