The opportunity

This is a chance to join an award-winning international recruitment business with offices across the UK, US, and Europe, specializing in healthcare and life sciences. The desk covers pharma, biotech, and medical technology, working with some of the most innovative companies in these fields.

What the job actually involves

You'll join a high-performing Miami team where the pace is fast and the work is real. Consultants here average four live roles a week, and you'll be mentored directly by a $700k YTD biller, learning from one of the best in the business through hands on, 1:1 support. The role also includes frequent travel to major client hubs including Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco, giving you face time with clients and a front-row seat to how top billers operate.
