The speech/language pathologist is responsible for providing speech therapy services to clients of the agency. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient's comprehensive plan of care. At least two specific interview dates/times of availability for interview must be added to Trio/profile - profiles will not be presented without this information. "Anytime" will not be accepted.

Non-billable orientation: 8 hours holiday, OT multipliers: 1.25% call, call-back, charge: not applicable for this need. This is a home health need! Submission requirements: 2 years minimum SLP home care experience, valid driver license required for this need, must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance, acute care experience preferred, master or doctorate degree required, certificate of clinical competence (CCC) required. Clinical fellow candidates accepted. MA speech and language pathologist license required. Knowledge of and familiarity with rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to, language/communication aids, devices and wheelchairs. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. Profile requirements: work history skills checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year 1 supervisory signed reference (from within the past two years of employment), license/certifications - must be uploaded with profile. Certification requirements: BLS (AHA). State license requirements: Massachusetts.
