At Ellie Mental Health – Concord, we're looking for compassionate, collaborative therapists who want to provide excellent care while helping us build the next generation of mental health services for individuals, couples, families, and groups throughout the St. Louis community. We are especially interested in clinicians who have experience—or a strong interest—in:

• Couples therapy
• Family therapy and family systems
• Parent-child and caregiver relationships
• Group therapy
• Psychoeducational and skills-based programs
• Children, teens, and young adults

As our clinic grows, we are expanding beyond individual therapy to create stronger services for families and couples, as well as group programs focused on areas such as anxiety, ADHD, parenting, grief, emotional regulation, teen resilience, relationships, and family communication. Ellie Mental Health was founded by clinicians with a mission to compassionately transform the culture of mental health care. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel "blah."

Feeling blah doesn't help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time!
