What You'll Do Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions. Quote, present, and close auto, home, life, and other insurance products. Follow up with qualified leads and generate new business opportunities. Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service. Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records. Work collaboratively with a supportive, experienced team focused on achieving results. What We're Looking For Previous sales experience required (insurance sales preferred but not required). Current Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain licensing within 90 days of hire. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Organized, dependable, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
