We are actively recruiting for a passionate fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Savannah market who can partner with us to achieve our mission. As a Geode Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders and do psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. You will help people define goals, gain insights all through personalized committed care. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide care coordination, providing crisis intervention if needed. Hybrid work schedule. Most of our Mental Health Therapist work three days a week onsite and two days a week telehealth. It is reasonable to expect you may do more in-person time up front, while you build up your patient case load and schedule follow ups on telehealth days. Our model is working. Our Mental Health Therapist role requires: Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW/LSW, LPC/CPCS, LMFT or PsyD) in the state of Georgia. Note: Geode will hire Therapist provisionally licensed as LMSW/LSW if you are committed to becoming fully licensed. When fully licensed, Geode will bump you to the 90-95k in pay for full-time hours. Participation in clinical supervision is required to meet state licensing board requirements for independent licensure.
