We're looking for a high-agency Marketing Lead & Brand Champion who can transform breakthrough technical innovation into a bold, dominant market presence.

This is not a "coordinate with the agency" role. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, own-the-brand, ship-fast kind of role.

What You'll Own

1. Digital Presence & Technical Storytelling

Website Evolution You will serve as the product owner of our web presence. Our site shouldn't feel like a brochure — it should feel like a deep-tech engine that captures the intensity and precision of what we build.

Social Velocity (LinkedIn & Beyond) You'll translate complex breakthroughs in automation and mixed reality into scroll-stopping, high-credibility content that engages decision-makers at aerospace primes, defense innovators, and advanced manufacturers.

If you can turn a precision automation system into compelling content without dumbing it down — you're our person.

2. Tactical Outreach & Lead Generation

Precision Email Campaigns You'll craft high-impact, concise outreach campaigns that open doors with high-value technical prospects. No spam. No fluff. Just sharp communication.

Trade Show Command Own our presence at major industry events. From booth narrative and positioning to post-show follow-up strategy, you'll turn conferences into measurable pipeline.

3. Employer Brand & Culture Amplification

We want to attract engineers who are tired of mediocrity and want to work on "impossible" problems.

You'll help document and broadcast our culture — the mission, the grit, the craftsmanship. The goal? Make top-tier engineering talent actively seek us out.
