About the Role
The Company is seeking an EVP of Commercial Markets to take on a pivotal leadership role with a strong focus on the Commercial P&L and all commercial markets. The successful candidate will be a visionary executive with a proven track record in commercial interior design, responsible for integrating sales, design, procurement, and project management to ensure the delivery of high-quality commercial experiences. Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, refining and maintaining strong SOPs, overseeing the commercial design process, and cultivating client and supplier relationships. The role demands a strategic leader with exceptional organizational skills, a results-oriented approach, and a commitment to excellence in project management. Applicants for the EVP of Commercial Markets position at the company must have a minimum of ten years' experience in commercial interior design, be NCIDQ Certified, and possess strong financial acumen.
