Healthcare Scheduler

Coordinating patient appointments and services, the full-time Scheduler for the Cardio Health and Wellness Clinic will manage complex scheduling tasks, verify insurance, and ensure pre-appointment requirements while working onsite with the potential for remote work 1-2 weeks a month after training. Key responsibilities Schedule complex patient appointments, procedures, and tests within the healthcare facility Verify insurance and ensure all pre-emptive appointment requirements are obtained Collaborate with clinic staff, leadership, and providers to deliver exceptional customer service Required qualifications Scheduling experience preferred, with at least 2 years of relevant experience Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Enhanced knowledge of clinical areas to assess patient appointment needs Ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
