If you have these skills and can start immediately, don't wait apply today!For more than 70 years, this manufacturer has been proudly designing and building high-quality medical storage and transport solutions in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Powder Coater Details:Temp-to-Hire position$20.00/hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:00pm to 02:30am)Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging materials.Apply powder coat finishes using electrostatic spray equipment.Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality.Load and unload parts from paint lines, racks, and curing ovens.Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.Maintain powder coating equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner.Follow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).Assist with material handling and movement of parts throughout the production process.Identify and communicate equipment, quality, or production issues to supervisors.Support other manufacturing operations as needed.Powder Coater Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous powder coating, industrial painting, or manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to follow work instructions and quality specifications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic understanding of measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
