As we continue to expand our operations, we're seeking a dynamic HVAC Service Manager with experience in both service operations and sales to join our team. Position Overview: The HVAC Service Manager will play a pivotal role in leading our HVAC service department while also driving sales and revenue growth through service contracts, maintenance agreements, and equipment sales. This position requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components, as well as proven sales skills and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of service technicians, overseeing service operations, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the HVAC service department, including service technicians, dispatchers, and administrative staff. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through service contracts, maintenance agreements, and equipment sales. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the customer base. Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive sales proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and customer satisfaction, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
