- Lead Dayforce implementation, enhancement, and support activities across HR, payroll, time, and related HCM business processes.
- Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and translate business needs into scalable functional solutions.
- Oversee functional design, testing, deployment, and issue resolution activities to support quality delivery and operational readiness.
- Manage project teams, mentor practitioners, and coordinate workstreams to support timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Contribute to practice growth through solution development, client relationship management, and support for proposals or business development activities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

- 5+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing Dayforce or similar human capital management technology solutions
- 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional design, system configuration, or deployment activities
- Experience leading project teams or workstreams for human capital management technology implementations
- Experience with testing, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and deployment support for enterprise technology programs
- Experience with human capital management business processes, including human resources, payroll, time and attendance, benefits, or talent management
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Experience supporting full life cycle Dayforce implementations
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience with system upgrades, integrations, or enhancement roadmaps
- Dayforce or Ceridian certification
- Bachelor's degree
