Machine Operator

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for running machines to fill bottles of olive oil and packaging products once they pass through the U-shape assembly line.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to fill bottles of olive oil.
• Package products efficiently on the assembly line.
• Utilize basic hand tools for various tasks.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and verbal and written work instructions.

• Experience in production and machine operation.
• Ability to stand on feet for the majority of the day.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools.

• Ability to follow SOPs and adhere to verbal and written instructions.

This is a fourth-generation, family-owned company that truly invests in its employees. Enjoy a bonus of $25 for working 40 hours in a week as a temporary employee. Once permanent, earn a $40 bonus for 40 hours and the possibility of another $40 by hitting performance numbers.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a large warehouse aesthetic. Please note that there is no air conditioning in the building. Shifts run from 2:20 PM to 10:50 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ayer, MA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
