Key Responsibilities & Traits Tech Evangelist – Demonstrate cutting‑edge software products and turn skeptical clients into believers, turning ones and zeros into dance. Knowledge of Downstream Plant Life – Deep understanding of plant departments, able to converse with highly technical maintenance or turnaround managers, navigating plant org charts. Business Acumen – Adapt to meetings with decision‑makers or end‑users, reading executives and plant manager mindsets. Discovery + Curiosity – Discover and map “current” and “future” state conversations, crafting initial value propositions with our technology. Business Builder – Self‑generate meetings, build pipelines, open doors, and turn prospects into loyal Ei believers; own and grow found accounts. Organizational Ringleader – Manage multiple accounts, tasks, next steps consistently, keeping opportunities fresh and momentum strong. Integrity and Trustworthiness – Build long‑lasting relationships on transparency and authenticity. Willing to Get Down and Dirty (in a Plant, That Is) – Immerse in trenches, dive into nitty‑gritty details, roll up sleeves. Innovative – Love building things from scratch, challenging status‑quo, constant learning. Collaborative Team Player – Celebrate wins, support colleagues, cultivate a tight‑knit environment. Learner / Coachable – Embrace learning, remain humble, open to growth opportunities. The Efficiency Magician – Refine sales process, seek continuous optimization, drive results.
