Strategic AI-Driven Customer Success Manager

Salesforce.com, inc. seeks a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure high-value customers achieve a strong return on investment with our platform. The CSM functions as an extension of the customer’s workforce and trusted advisor, guiding both technical and business concerns.
